At-home massage rituals · For women · Islamabad

Let the week end here.

سکون تک

A certified therapist, warm oils blended for your mood, and ninety minutes that belong to no one but you — in your own home, arranged your way.

A different kind of appointment

Let the shoulders drop.

Let the phone stay in the other room.

Let someone else take care of it, for once.

Let the knot go.

You run the meetings, the household, everyone's calendar but your own. Gireh kholna — untying the knot — is the old Urdu phrase for setting down something heavy. That is the whole service. Nothing to host, nowhere to drive, no one to look after for an hour and a half.

Your space, your way

Set in your home, the way you like it.

The point of coming to you is that everything is familiar — your room, your light, your quiet. We bring the rest and set it up in the space you choose, in two formats:

The Table

clinic-level, anywhere

A professional massage table with fresh, laundered linens — the full studio experience, assembled in about ten minutes in any room you like.

  • Best support for deep tissue and full-body work
  • Fresh linens and draping kit every session
  • Packed down and gone when we leave

The Floor Ritual

grounded, in the old tradition

A thick futon mat, warm layers and cushions, laid out in your room — the traditional grounded style, closer to the way massage has been done for centuries.

  • Soft, low, deeply relaxed setting
  • Beautiful for aromatherapy and scalp rituals
  • Fresh linens and draping kit, always

The hands behind it

Trained abroad. Practicing at home.

Let The Knot Go is the practice of a certified massage therapist who trained and practiced internationally before bringing the work home to Islamabad. You'll meet him properly — face to face, on a video call — before your first session is ever confirmed.

The idea behind the practice is simple: the women who hold everything together rarely have anything held for them. So the whole service is built around one person — you. Your room, your pressure, your blend, your pace, and a therapist whose training, standards and scope of work are in writing before you ever book.

How it works

Four steps between you and quiet.

First

Send the booking form

Two minutes, below on this page. It arrives to us on WhatsApp and we reply with times the same day.

Then

Meet before you book

A short video call before your first session — see who arrives at your door, ask anything face to face. Standard for every new client.

On the day

We arrive and set up

On time, with your chosen setup, linens and oils. Your room becomes the studio; ten minutes later, it begins.

Finally

The hour is yours

The session runs exactly as agreed on your intake form. Pause it, adjust it, or end it at any point — no reason needed.

Our standards, in writing

Trust shouldn't be asked for. It should be shown.

Inviting a therapist into your home is a serious decision, and we treat it as one. These aren't fine print — they're the product. Every client receives this code of conduct in writing before the first session.

Therapeutic scope, stated plainly

Every session is professional therapeutic and relaxation massage and nothing else. The scope of service is defined in a written agreement both parties sign, and it never varies — for any client, ever.

Professional draping, always

Standard clinical draping applies for the entire session: only the area being worked on is uncovered, and private areas remain covered at all times. You undress only to your own comfort level.

Verified before you book

Certification, training history and identity are shared with every new client on the intro video call, before any booking is confirmed. Ask us anything; you'll get a straight answer.

Everything on record

Bookings confirmed in writing, sessions logged with date and duration, payment digital — a clear record exists for both of us, always.

You end it, any time

You can pause, adjust or stop a session at any moment without explanation. Your comfort outranks the clock, every time.

Health first

Your intake form screens for conditions where massage isn't advised. If it isn't safe, we'll say so plainly and suggest you speak with your doctor first.

Questions, answered straight

Ask us anything. Here's a start.

The therapist is male. How do you make that comfortable?

By never asking you to take anything on faith. You meet him on a video call before booking, certification and ID are shared upfront, professional draping applies for the entire session, the written scope of service never varies, and you can pause or end any session at any moment. Many clients start with a shorter first session to see how it feels — a good instinct, and we'll suggest it ourselves.

What exactly does a session include — and not include?

It includes the professional massage ritual you chose, as defined on your signed intake form, with clinical draping throughout. It does not include anything beyond therapeutic and relaxation massage — ever, for any client. That line is the foundation of this practice and it is not negotiable in either direction.

How does draping actually work?

The same way it does in any professional clinic: you undress to your own comfort level, you're covered with fresh linens, and only the area currently being worked — a shoulder, a leg, the back — is uncovered, then re-covered. Private areas remain covered for the entire session, without exception.

What do I need to prepare at home?

A quiet room with about 2 × 3 metres of clear space — bedroom, lounge or study all work. Choose the table or the floor ritual when you book; we bring everything for either, including linens, oils and soft audio.

Which areas and cities do you cover?

Islamabad is home — all sectors, with Bahria Town and DHA by arrangement. Singapore and the UK are served through short visiting residencies with dates announced in advance; the booking form has an option to join that list.

Is there anyone you don't treat?

The intake form screens for conditions where massage isn't advised — certain cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery, some stages of pregnancy. If it's not safe, we'll say so and suggest you speak with your doctor first.
